TOWN OF ROCKLAND BROWN COUNTY, WISCONSIN RECEIVING QUOTES FOR TOWN HALL ROOF NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Rockland Town Board is receiving quotes for new shingles for the Rockland Town Hall and all labor associated with the project. Quotes may be sent to the Rockland Town Hall, 1712 Bob-Bea-Jan Road, De Pere, in care of “Clerk”. The quotes will be reviewed at the Town Board meeting on June 15, 2026 at 7:00 pm. 1) Safely remove existing one layer of asphalt shingles and dispose of all debris. Contractor to supply dumpsters and pay all costs of disposal of debris. 2) Furnish and install ice and water shield per manufacturer specifications on eves, valleys and penetrations. 3) Furnish and install synthetic underlayment per manufacturer specifications. 4) Furnish and install all valley metal, edge metal, flashing metal as needed to manufacturer specifications. 5) Furnish and install all boots and vents per manufacturer specifications, seal as needed. 6) Furnish and install new Certainteed Landmark Pro Dimensional shingles to manufacturer specifications. 7) Cap existing exhaust venting as needed and furnish and install new continuous ridge venting to manufacturer specifications. 8) Furnish and install new cap shingles where needed to manufacturer specifications. 9) Clean up project work area and safely dispose of our debris. 10) Complete all paperwork needed for issuance of roof warrant. 11) 25 year non-prorated Manufacturer’s labor and material warranty.
